Yes, and it is the thing that sets us apart. We carry a tire machine on the truck, so the old tire is dismounted and a new one mounted on the rim where your vehicle is sitting. Most roadside services can only fit the spare you already have, which is no use at all if the tire is destroyed or the vehicle never came with a spare.

Both. Read the size off the sidewall when you call — something like 265/70R17 — and tell us which way you want to go. Used is the cheaper way out; new makes sense when the rest of your tread is still good.

A good deal more. We are a DOT-registered motor carrier with active interstate authority (USDOT #3854197, MC #1405847) for general freight and motor vehicles, so alongside the wrecker work we run long haul freight, heavy haul, vehicle transport, repossessions and junk removal.

If we arrive and the situation is materially different from what was described — the vehicle will not roll, it is somewhere else, the tire is a different size — we tell you what changes before we carry on rather than after.

Yes, for lenders, dealers and buy-here-pay-here lots. We need paperwork evidencing the right to repossess before anything moves, and the vehicle condition is documented at the point of collection.

Yes. Jump starts, tire work, fuel delivery, lockouts and winch outs are all part of what we do — and quite often you do not need a tow at all. We will tell you that honestly rather than load you up anyway.

Yes. Flat tires, no key, seized brakes, collision damage, or a car that has been parked in the same spot for years — it gets winched up onto the deck and secured. Just tell us the condition so we bring the right gear.

We do. South Hill, La Crosse, Boydton, Clarksville, Lawrenceville and the surrounding Mecklenburg and Brunswick county towns are inside our normal area — I-85 runs straight up there. And because our authority is interstate, freight and transport work goes very much further than that.
