Do I get to pick where my vehicle goes?
Always. It is your vehicle and it is your call. Name the repair shop, the dealer, your own driveway or any other address and that is where we take it, even if it is not the closest option to where you broke down.
Why a flatbed rather than a hook?
On a flatbed nothing on your vehicle has to roll or turn. With two wheels still on the road the drivetrain keeps spinning, and on all-wheel drive, four-wheel drive and most electric vehicles that can do real damage to a transmission or transfer case. A deck takes that risk off the table entirely.
Can you tow a car that will not roll?
Yes. No key, seized brakes, flat tires, sitting on a rim or collision damage — it gets winched up onto the deck and strapped down. Just tell us the condition when you call so we bring the right gear.
